Data Transmission Monitoring Tool (DTMT) is an online platform to exchange information among the end users of data, the member states and the Commission. It structures the monitoring to improve the flow and quality of data. The Guidance document for the DTMT was last updated and endorsed by STECF Plenary in March 2026. The DTMT Guidance document is a living document with yearly updates.
